Booking FAQ's

• How long will Sphering / Zorbing take?

  You should expect to be on site for around 1 hour, your zorb activity will be around 20 and 30 seconds depending on the location

• How many zorb rolls do I get?

  This depends on the zorbing voucher that you have, or what you have booked. A Harness Sphereing for two Voucher / booking allows you to have one zorb roll.

• What do I need to bring with me?

  1) Weather Check Line number for the Zorbing Location – Please make sure that you contact this number before you leave 2) Your confirmation email. If you do not have a printer, then you can just bring along you Booking ID e.g: SMxxxxxx 3) If you have not already posted your zorb voucher, please bring this with you 4) Please have directions to the head office including a postcode, street names etc. Please make sure that you have taken down the correct location details, and not the head office address, where you need to post your voucher to

• What should I wear?

  Depending on the type of Sphereing / Zorbing that you are doing. If you are doing Harness Sphereing, we advise that you wear a long sleeved top as the harness straps over the should and may rub the skin. If you have booked for Aqua Sphereing (water zorbing) then we advise that you wear something that you don’t mind getting wet and bring a change of clothes and a towel. You will be asked to take off any jewelry and belts, so try to leave these at home where possible

• Where are the SphereMania locations?

• Why do I need to post my Sphering / Zorbing voucher?

  Zorbing or Sphering Vouchers are checked and verified in the Booking Office, we ask all our customers to send in their vouchers within 7 day of the booking being made, so that we can check that it’s a valid voucher and invoice for it. If you have made your booking within 7 days, please take your voucher with you, as there is a risk that it may not reach head office before you go for your experience. Please note if your Zorbing voucher is not sent to us, gets lost in the post or you fail to take it with you on the day, then there will be a refundable £40 deposit that you will need to pay on the day. The £40 deposit will be refunded to you once we have received the voucher.

• Why can't I book the date I want?

  Sphereing® doesn’t run every day and is available mainly on weekends. The dates in green are available and everything else is unavailable.

• Can I buy a SphereMania Sphere, Zorb or Franchise?

  SphereMania is always happy to talk business with customers and there are many areas that need a location. If you are interested in buying a franchise contact headoffice on: headoffice@spheremania.com

• Can I make a Corporate or Group Booking for Sphere / Zorbing?

  SphereMania are always happy to take Group or Corporate bookings, we offer a 10% discount for group bookings of 10 or more rolls, so contact us at: bookings@spheremania.com
