If all the team are busy helping other customers, you can either book yourself in online or drop them an email with your booking request.
Please include the following information : 1. Full names / dates of birth of all partcipants 2. Voucher issuer / voucher number 3. Activity voucher is valid for / Expiry date 4. Preferred location, date, time slot 5. Confirmation that all participants are 'Fit to Sphere?' If you would like to upgrade your voucher, add the 'Cancellation Cover Scheme' or any merchandise, you will need to speak with an advisor to make your booking/payment. N.B. These are not the numbers to call on the day of your Sphereing® event. Please see your confirmation email for the direct number of the site you are booked in for......or go to the 'locations' page where you can select your chosen location and download the information you need.

Please contact the site direct for all weather check queries on the day (or day prior to) your event - you have the number for your location on your confirmation email that you were sent at the time of booking.
NB. You are able to check availability, redeem a voucher, buy a voucher or book a date direct through this website - just click on book online button at the top of the page.
